Focus For Relief

Earlier today, I got an email from a very nice lady who was "stuck", she asked for help in her particular situation. She was wondering how she has "attracted" certain unwanted things into her life, as she certainly does not want them to stay.....

So I decided to let you know what I wrote back.....(I have changed her name, and I have changed the situation just a bit to protect her privacy).

Then click on the left where it says “now playing” This is a free link to spiritual talk radio, that has many wonderful talk shows throughout the week.

They have lots of famous spiritual people including Sylvia Brown and many others who allow you to call in and get your questions answered during their show.

If you feel you are enjoying a particular show, call them and tell then how you feel, and see if they can give you some support.

Each week on Monday, during the afternoon at 1.00pm my time (Pacific) is Dr. Wayne Dyer, you can call in on a toll free number and get advice right from him.


They have a number for USA and one for International too. Have you got his book "The Power of Intention"?, its wonderful. If you don’t have it, get it from your local library. It's full of wisdom and lots of help.

Another thing is do NOT tell your friends and family all the problems and challenges you are having, as this keeps the law of attraction working in the way of bringing what you don’t want to happen even more…


The thing is, you get what you focus on whether it’s good or not good.

You asked me about how you may have attracted this into your life, I think some times we are afraid of something and we unconsciously don’t want it to happen (or consciously don’t’ want it to happen)…

well you get what you think about whether you like it or not…

I know you don’t want to hear that, but it’s true… so the next step is how to change your thoughts…to what you DO want instead of what you don’t want.

One thing that is important is to change your focus away from anxiety, fear and worry.

The key is to get your focus on things that make you feel good. This will raise your vibration and you will flow your "well being" easily as you have no resistance now

I just did the “Focus Wheel” lesson for the past 15 minutes, this helps you get relief in an area that is blocked.

In this particular exercise you basically you get a piece of paper and in the middle write what you want to happen, such as “I want to feel safe, loved and happy in my home” or what ever is a desire for you.

Then draw a circle around that statement a small circle – then draw a big circle all the way around the paper.

Put in the numbers like a clock, 1 through 12 then in each section write a small statement that starts to shift your vibration to a better feeling. The better it feels, the better it gets….

For instance if your not feeling so good when you start - at the 12 section write out "I can be happy again"…next to the 11 write out, “I will find something that will work for me”…next to the 10 write “I know others have gone through this and found something that has worked for them”.

Keep on writing thoughts that make you feel better, even if its just a little better each time.. your aim is to get to feel slowly better and better.

Write by the 9… “I will find ways to solve this so my husband is happy with us” each time make it a statement that makes you feel good. Do this all the way around till you get back to the top. Then when you feel much better underline the center statement and read it aloud with I DO FEEL SAFE, LOVED…. Etc , this is very powerful.


Do this for whatever you desire and watch your mood change to something much happier etc.


You don’t have to let anyone see the focus wheel, it’s for your use only, it will help you get clear on what to do to help yourself flow and feel better. I use it often to help me too.


Then I usually just toss it out. I can do three in a row sometimes and feel really good at the end.


Another thing that helps me is to go some place quiet and meditate, just 5 – 10 minutes helps you get close to God and ask for his guidance and calms the nerves too. I just focus on my breathing and set a timer for the time.


Stay focused on what you do want – love, peace, joy, harmony….
